Re message16/2/25 I would like a credit or replacement as the printing rolls were faulty

Hi, the ink cartridge Markfield compatible KP-1081N KP-361N, printed a few photos then stopped with the print film sticking to the photograph and jamming the printer.

meine Color Ink. Papier Set funktionieren NICHT. Ist unbrauchbar, muss leider alles wegwerfen.
Soll icjh es mit 1Stern bei Amazon bewerten und schreiben unbrauchbar? Was schlagen Sie vor? Sorry für dieses Feedback, aber es geht wirklich nicht, habe jetzt 2x eine andere Tintenpatrone verwendet und nur den halben Stapel Papier. Immer noch kommt die Anzeige Papier oder Tinte leer. Bisher ging der Drucker immer.
